• SOLID HOOKS AND HANDLE: This mill has two solid hooks on the front/side and a solid twin bar handle on the back. These features allow the mill to perfectly sit on the top of your stock pot or bowl allowing you to concentrate on making the perfect puree or magnificent mash.
• INTERCHANGEABLE DISCS & INTEGRATED SCRAPER BAR: Supplied with a fine mesh and a coarse mesh disc. These two options will give you varying degrees of fineness. For mashed potato or mashed vegetables you can choose the coarse disc and for passata or purees choose the fine disc. The discs holes grab the food so it doesn't just tumble around in the mill. The integrated scraper bar is a unique touch to this fantastic mill, helping to push the food into mashing disc.
• LARGE CAPACITY: Deep and generous allowing you to finish the job in one go, rather than having to do small batches at a time. The deep mill also helps to prevent food from falling out onto the kitchen work top. It may even help save washing a few pots! Approx 21cm diameter x 10.5cm deep.
• LOW SPINNING BLADE: Some mills have a large angle pusher with a blade that doesn't quite reach the disc...not this perfectly crafted mill. The Taylors Eye Witness food mill has been designed with a low angle pusher which helps to grab the food and force it into the disc. The blade is strong and rides extremely close to the holes forcing the food through.
